Ground Hands are poor souls who thought linework would be a good idea. We can’t blame them; it’s a requirement that their IQ be at most 70 (or so it seems). I’m pretty sure powerline companies get a check from the government for employing these individuals. What they lack in brainpower, they make up for in taking work off everyone else’s plate. Slavery is dead but indentured servitude is not.
